Axillary Breasts Removal
Breast lift is needed to reposition and If you have concerns about a blob of tissue or a growth in one or both of your armpits, you are not able to wear sleeveless dress, than you may want to consider this treatment.
This condition is described as Axiliary Breast containing fat and breast tissue. Though this is a normal tissue and a place to have, when it enlarges, causes pain or is a social botheration. It can get bigger as a natural process, can cause pain during monthly cycles, and can enlarge during pregnancy. Managing that growth from hygiene point of view is also problematic.
Procedure required to deal with this is fairly simple. We do a liposuction and excise the extra tissue. The final scar is placed in such a fashion that it merges or appears as a part of the normal crease. This like most of our other procedures would be a day care.
There would be dressings in your armpit for few days. You can expect to go back tour routine in 7- 10 days time.

Procedure:
The appropriate technique for you will be determined based on:
size of the enlargement. For smaller lumps, just the liposuction may turn out to be the adequate procedure. In such cases there will be only minimal scarring of 0.5-0.6 mm sizes only. If large swellings, it may be necessary to excise the fold of skin in addition to Liposuction. Liposuction helps in defining and contouring the space nicely hence is used as an adjunct.

Results and Recovery
There will be dressing in the armpits to give good compression at the operating site postoperatively. If the Excision is performed, the scar will most probably lie in the natural arm crease.
Activities: you will be able to perform routine activities comfortably within a week.

Note:
Cost includes the surgical fee and day care hospital cost or one day hospital cost in a single room as applicable to a surgery. If for some reason you need/want to stay in hospital for additional time, you will have to pay that separately. Cost will also increase if you choose a superior room.
